  • Client records: 7 years following the end of the service engagement, consistent with Canadian tax and business record-keeping requirements
  • Marketing consent records: Until consent is withdrawn plus 3 years

When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize your information.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:
