These Terms of Engagement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Provera Consulting website and any initial consultation or discovery services provided before a formal Service Agreement is executed. By accessing this website or engaging in a discovery call, you agree to these Terms.

1. Advisory Nature of Services

Provera Consulting provides operations analysis, benchmarking, and advisory recommendations for trade contractors. All information, analysis, and recommendations provided by Provera Consulting — whether on this website, in consultation calls, or in written reports — constitute professional opinions based on available information and industry data.

Nothing provided by Provera Consulting constitutes:

A guarantee of specific financial results or savings
Legal, accounting, tax, or financial investment advice
A warranty that recommendations will produce any particular outcome

Results depend entirely on client implementation, business conditions, market factors, and variables outside Provera Consulting's control. Individual outcomes will vary.

2. No Professional Liability

Provera Consulting is not a licensed accounting firm, law firm, financial advisory firm, or regulated professional service. Our services are operational consulting and advisory only.

Nothing on this website or communicated in any preliminary engagement creates a professional regulated advisory relationship. Clients are encouraged to consult with their own accountants, lawyers, and financial advisors before implementing any recommendations.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Ontario and Canadian law, Provera Consulting, its principals, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

In no event shall Provera Consulting's total liability to any party exceed the fees paid to Provera Consulting by that party in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
